Whot Last Card Challenge #01: Can You Win in One Turn?

Solve a Whot 1v1 endgame. With Circle 5 on the table and four special cards in hand, can you win before your opponent plays?

Quick answer

This challenge uses the WhotGuide 1v1 demo rules. Match by shape or number; card 1 gives the same player another turn; card 8 skips the opponent. Your task is to finish four cards without giving an opponent with Last Card a chance to play.

A Whot endgame with Circle 5 on the table and four cards held for a one-versus-one challenge.

The board

Your opponent has just called Last Card. They have one card left. It is your turn, and if they receive another turn, they may finish the round.

Table card: Circle 5

Your hand:

  • Circle 1 - Hold On
  • Triangle 1 - Hold On
  • Triangle 8 - Suspension
  • Square 8 - Suspension

Rules for this challenge

  • This is a 1v1 game.
  • A card may match the table by shape or number.
  • In the WhotGuide demo, card 1 lets the same player continue.
  • In the WhotGuide demo, card 8 skips the opponent. In a 1v1 game, that returns control to the player who used it.
  • Do not introduce a house rule that is not listed above.

Your mission

Find the order that lets you play all four cards in one continuous turn. The opponent must not receive a chance to play between your first and final card.

Pause before reading other strategy guides. Work from the table card, check which cards can match by number, and decide when the Hold On and Suspension actions keep control.
